• Extensive Experience: Over 33 years in child and adult protection, with a career spanning both law enforcement and her current role as Head of Safeguarding.

• Expert Risk Management: Specialises in analysing, assessing, and managing significant risk to remove harm and threat for over 300 children and vulnerable adults.

• Multi-Agency Leadership: Works daily in close partnership with key agencies including Local Authorities, LADO, Police, MASH, specialist MET teams, CAMHS, and Probation to ensure a comprehensive and rapid response to safeguarding concerns.
